That's probably why he said that. It's like how they were mentioning on Smackdown last week with now it was surprising how Orton was being the leader between Orton, Sheamus, and the Big Show. It's likely that Orton will be turning heel at WM so I think comments like these are done on purpose to deter the audience from any changes.
