WWE Raw is coming to Netflix!

This is honestly a sad time. Even though I wasn’t even watching WWE regularly anymore, I still paid for the international version of the network because I believed in it that strongly. It was such a well crafted system. I really hope Netflix employs the bookmarks. I will say that’s like the number one thing that I don’t understand why Peacock didn’t transfer over. I like hovering over an episode and seeing the matches and segments broken down.

Raw taking a hiatus for 3 months reminds me of when Impact had to go on the internet for that time in 2005 and this was way before the internet had the capacity to do it properly.

I'm already assuming it moves to Netflix in America too in a couple years, better than Peacock in most ways, but gonna be real sad if the full library isn't taken on

Peacock is the home of internet streaming WWE content in the US. I’d imagine it would be easy to get them to stream Raw until it moves to Netflix.

I think it's always a possibility they'll wanna curate the content like Peacock did first and depending on how long that takes and how much they care it could be ages for some territories to make it after the initial move

that's also a lot of straight up data to move over and adding to the database. How are netflix gonna pay for all that extra storage room, it's decades of content. are all the old RAWS on there and how far do they go back

Well, hopefully, they at least attempt to get most of it up within a couple years because it would suck if UK guys lose access to the real network and they don’t even get the Content back forever.

It seems to normally take about 6 months from the migrations I've seen from network updates and peacock taking it. But that again just depends on what Netflix wants

As far as I know every Raw and SmackDown is on there.

If Netflix has to, I will pay another price increase if that’s how they have to afford to pay for the archives.

That’s a fair timeline. I think a little patience can be had for people having to move that much data.
