Anyone notice that the camera cuts out on them funny? Seems to cut out split second of video black out go back to them and then cut to whatevers next. I noticed it 3 weeks ago and thought it was a fluke but it keeps happening

No I'm saying the effect is a wipe you can do as an effect. Transition was a bad choice of word, but they wipe the screen black and then keep it focused back on the picture
