I think the other thing that's missing contextually is that this is not the first time that Chris Rock has publicly made light of Jada's alopecia on stage at the Oscar's.

Alopecia is a condition that Jada in the past has openly talked about struggling with. It's also what Steve Austin had in the past, which is why he shaved himself bald.

There's no excusing what Will Smith did, but both guys are such fucking dweebs anyways.

I can get that thought that doesn't mean we can't just say whatever and not expect someone be hurt by those comments especially if the joke is making fun of a person going through Alopecia. Words can be powerful it comes down to how we decide to use them for good or bad is the decision we make. Both were in the wrong I feel and I just want to see this be finished with and more so the talk about the Oscar Winners last night.

Cool let’s make it ok to smack a comedian. Dude literally was turned into a cuck on National tv by this women and then he laughed at the joke until she side eyed him. It’s bullshit unstable behavior resulting from a clearly toxic relationship. But why should Rock get smacked and also apologize? Naaaa he took the hit and said ok I deserve that and then didn’t press charges. This whole thing is fuckin stupid…. Comedians getting assaulted for their jokes is fucking ludicrous… Dice was the biggest comedian on the planet and he destroyed his audience.
