DOOM: Annihilation (2019)

It.is.absolutely.terrible!

And its not terrible because the "lead" is a woman...although
her acting is as bland as oatmeal...its terrible because its a
cheap piece of trash made simply so a studio can keep the
film rights to the franchise.

Seriously...this film is on par with some of those cheap ass
Syfy original movies...and to make matters worse its basically
a Roger Corman-style rip off of Aliens...only at least Corman
would have put some nudity & gore in to make it entertaining...
but this boring piece of shit doesn't even have that!

No one here should watch or buy this film!

Avoid like the Plague!

Stop making DOOM movies!

The overall concept will NOT work as a film!

Other people here still watch movies right?

Anyway...

Child's Play (2019)
So...Aubrey Plaza did not look old enough to play
the mother of the lead child. When I look at Aubrey
I don't think "Mother" I think "Please step on my balls
& tell me I'm dirt"

This film was okay...

I mean it was better than what I was expecting...and
I like how they put a modern twist on the concept...
but the film was weird. I didn't know how to feel...
like the film couldn't balance the horror & comedy
elements so it kind of failed at both. I mean I was
laughing...but not at the actual "funny parts"

:idk3:

Still...I've seen worse films.

Oh...& I was happy to hear Mark Hamill...that guy
is awesome...and always will be...no matter what
Rian Johnson did to him.

Watched both Chamber of Secrets and Prisoner of Azkaban again last night

I didn't realise how fast paced both movies are compared to the original. Like the first 30 minutes of the first movie is with the Dursleys.

Chamber of Secrets was better than I thought, while Azkaban (my favourite) felt like it was worse than I thought. But maybe that's just because I have watched the 3rd movie so many times, probably just got bored watching it yet again, especially after just watching Chamber of Secrets before watching it.

I would say they are both a 9/10

Paris when it Sizzles (1964) Richard Benson (William Holden) is a screentwriter who has to meet producer Alexander Meierheim's deadline for a movie. 19 weeks has passed by and he's done nothing. On Friday, his newly hired typist Gabrielle Simpson (Audrey Hepburn) is there to type up his script. He comes up with The Girl who Stole the Eiffel Tower, about a jewel thief Rick (based on himself) who's on the run from Inspector Jireau of the International Police. But he falls head-over-heels for a woman Gabby (who's Gabrielle, of course). Little does he know she's an informant for Inspector Jireau. It was a poorly written, convuluted plot written at the eleventh hour in a desperate attempt to get into his typist's pants.

While the title is Paris when it Sizzles, this film was no classic. Certainly nowhere near as good as Hepburn and Holden's previous work together in Sabrina.

Watching this classic on my Amazon Firestick.

I love his bright bold spectacular Depiction of Superman.

Makes me wish he was Alive and Healthy enough to replace Henry Cavill in DCEU.

RIP Christopher Reeves.

Tales from the Crypt Presents Demon Knight (1995)
Possibly one of the most fun & underrated horror films of all time...
plus I owned the soundtrack when I was younger. Billy Zane is at
his very best in this film & the cast in general may surprise many
of you from how many of them you recognize. If you haven't seen
it...give Demon Knight a watch this Halloween.

IT'S PARTY TIME!

Man this is another personal favorite Hero movie of mine.

Carrey was born for this role!

I don't know if there will ever be an Mask as believable as Jim Carrey.

I love this movie
