It's a great movie.. strange but great. Great performances all around, the directing by Stone was superb, cinematography was perfect. 1 of a kind film that stay with you for a while after viewing it.
Oh I agree with everything you just said...

But...

the film left me completely confused because
I'm not exactly sure what I was suppose to take
away from it.

Like I said...I don't know what to feel...like the
tone was all over the place.

So...they make all the law enforcement scumbags
so we like two murders?

Yeah...No...I'm not doing that...I can't do that.

I mean if A Clockwork Orange can't get that
reaction out of me...them this film isn't going
to.

The film is well made, well acted (apart from the
constant scenery chewing), great music (NIN FTW!)
& visually stunning...but it just left me feeling...nothing.

It will stay with me for a while...because it left
me a confused mess.

I don't know how to feel!

Green Street

Great film. Shakespeare meets football hooligans.

Must watch

I've been watching my favorite Rocky movies
ROCKY 3
MV5BMTMyOTYzMDMzMF5BMl5BanBnXkFtZTcwMTkzODM1NA@@._V1_UX182_CR0,0,182,268_AL_.jpg

I love this movie for many reasons.

You can't give up because you think you lost. It's still inside you have to dig deep.

Also I like that HH was in it

ROCKY 4

I love this movie not just because he avenged Apollo's death; It is because the Russian and Balboa fight was like a Comic Book Boxing match. So Awesome

ROCKY BALBOA

I love how this movie made the Rocky series realistic. It was totally awesome.

He didn't even need to win to have a happy ending. He just gave an awesome fight to prove he is still on of the best.

This movie is a Classic for the Ages.

Not yet because I like to get to the chase and get the origin stuff out the way.

What I mean by getting to the chase is by seeing Creed 2 where Creed son fights Drago son

Honestly, you should watch Creed because to me it is a better story than the original Rocky.

What I like about Rocky is that the first 40 minutes or so literally nothing happens that contributes to the plot. It's just hanging out with Rocky and getting to know him, so we actually care about him. The scenes where he is alone talking to himself is deep.

Also the real life story of Stallone that blends in with this film is great.

Good, old fashion character development...something
many modern films are sorely lacking.

I myself just watched:

Incredibles 2 (2018)
It was okay I guess. It honestly just felt like a repeat of the
first film with the female characters taking center stage.

I still believe these are the best Fantastic Four films ever
made.

Actually...Marvel...if you ever get those rights back...hire
Brad Bird to make your Fantastic Four film. The guy gets
the "family" dynamic & can create some great, flowing
action scenes.

Like I said...this was just okay to me. It was just too similar to
the original. If they make a third one I hope they do something
a little more "left field" with it.
