Last one was probably Hobbit or LoTR although I dont watch it, that shit helps me sleep. Last decent movie was Chef, however, i'll be watching the new Sin City tonight or tomorrow night, and I could care less about the reviews. I went into TNMT with the same "half cup full" deal and didnt mind it tbh.

I recently watched Snatch for the very first time..... WITH subtitles. Difference experience when I pick up on more than every 5th word.
Such an amazing movie. I watched it way younger but it was pretty much back to back to back with movies like Lock Stock etc. Guy Ritchie is the man.

Just watched "The Equalizer"...

The story was recycled but it doesn't even matter. Denzel Washington is so much damn fun to watch.. it was, of course, the typical Denzel film, but it was entertaining enough to sit through. Lots of gun play, explosions, and some pretty interesting means of killing as well.

Because it was a typical Denzel flick, nothing really new, I'm going to give it 6/10.. but don't get me wrong, watch it once and enjoy the random killing and explosions.

6/10, definitely worth a watch, another buddy buddy cop movie but these two, Jake Johnson & Damon Wayans Jr. have a nice chemistry and I can definitely see them doing more quality buddy buddy comedy movies sooner rather than later.

I watched "Stephen King's A Good Marriage"

The screenplay was written by Stephen King based on his short story with the same title. The acting in this film was good by the 2 leads but everyone else was terrible... the story was not bad but way too predictable. It just wasn't a movie I enjoyed very much. 5/10

Also watched "Horns"

This movie was very good... dark comedy, horror, mystery, supernatural thriller all rolled up into one. Good acting by all involved. Some very interesting and very trippy scenes. It also didn't hurt that the lead actress, Juno Temple, is incredibly hot. 8/10 on this one.

Chef with Jon Favreau, RDJ, Scar-Jo, Sofia Vergara, Dustin Hoffman, John Leguizamo head a pretty solid flick here.. I give it a 7/10 definitely watchable and entertaining.

Watched "Django Unchained" for, like, the 8th time...

This movie is slowly creeping into my top 5 all time favorite movies.. it's almost as perfect as you can get. The writing, acting, cinematography, and directing are all top notch. The action sequences are perfectly put together.. casting, once again, perfect. I don't see any flaws in this movie at all. 10/10

Get Smart w/ Steve Carell, Anne Hathaway, The Rock.. definitely a lot better the second time around although my pallet for movies is a bit expanded these days with how much I've watched in my life.

I watched the newest Carrie earlier, and it wasn't scary in the slightest. I'm pretty positive that the genre for it was horror, but it could've easily passed as an action-adventure. In the terms of scariness I'd give it a 1/10. However, I'd rate it a 4/10 all in all. It wasn't the type of movie that you'd recommend unless the person has seen everything else.
