Why has this taking fucking 11 years to make? Christ I was a kid when 2 came out.

Strategy...they're trying to pull the 20's age group back into their product because they know we were the ones the product was originally aimed at. It'll also interest the current generation of kids in their back catalog of movies.

Also an instant trilogy would have seemed rushed and desperate. There's more nostalgia and buzz (no pun intented) this way.

I didn't even know there was gonna be a third movie, I'm actually excited to see this Brings back good memories of the first two, this should own!
