One thing you have to remember is at the time Hardy was secretly aligned with Hogan and Bischoff. And he would be revealed as the centerpiece of 'they' at BFG. Easy E couldn't risk letting it go to another finish so he called it a draw and made the triple threat.

You mean he couldn't risk Hardy losing

That's pretty much what I said... <_<

He couldn't let it go to another finish because the chances of Angle winning were too great.

Yeah probably. But Bischoff was a face then so I don't think that's what they were getting at.

It was what they were getting at. Booking was already in motion for Eric to be 'they' AND for Hardy to the centerpiece of them.

Nobody even remembered that when Eric and Jeff formed immortal
I don't know who you are referring to by "nobody" but I certainly did. It was only a month before hand...

not to mention one of the main things that really intrigued me and others about that storyline was how long term it was. It was built up since March when Sting returned telling the world that Eric and Hogan were duping "us" all.

I remember that episode of ReAction where Hogan and Bischoff were talking about how they formed Immortal. They had it planned since day one when Hogan and Bischoff debuted in TNA 10 months earlier in January that they were gonna take over TNA along with Hardy, Jarrett and others at BFG.

So in actuality, Bischoff, Hogan, Hardy, Jarrett and others were pretty much undercover heels. Which was fantastic.

The forming of Immortal was awesome! I loved how Jeff turned heel against Anderson and Angle then won the World Title. That was my favourite match of the year.

So I haven't watched Impact in a month, who's supposed to/likely to be in the Lethal Lockdown match (apart from the captains of course)?

They're announcing it tonight but if you want to know its looking like...

Team Garett - Garett (ugh), AJ Styles, Austin Aries, Mr. Anderson and RVD

Team Gunner - Eric Bischoff (rumoured), Gunner, Christopher Daniels, Bully Ray and Kazarian

With AJ, A Double and Bully Ray in it than it should be good. Hopefully they will mask over the fact that Garrett is in it.

Team Garett is Garett Bishoff, Austin Aries, AJ Styles, Mr. Anderson, and Rob Van Dam.
Team Eric is Eric Bischoff, Gunner, Bully Ray, Christopher Daniels, and Kazarian.

Yeah how great. One captain is an unexpierenced shitbag and the other isn't even a wrestler at all. But Bully Ray and Gunner and Austin Aries and AJ Styles and Daniels should make it good.
