the only reason I want this to happen is because they spent four weeks on the tag tournament to determine #1 contenders

Feuding with them from within works better than from outside. However it looks like their feud isn't over yet, so I guess that's alright, though I would have preferred to see Abyss struggling to find a way out. Would have been more compelling if it took him a few shows to do it.
