Based off a quote from a magazine that says reportedly he made this as a total salary. No mention of merch whatsoever.
and in the quote he's using as a source it literally mentions the movie in which is it was rumored he made 5.5 million dollars which at the time was the most money on an unknown actor. Which again would put him at about 10 million dollars a year from WWE.
Which confirms what I knew of his salary compared to Austin's from basically everybody that reported on it in 1999.
