Sounds like it to me, they're cutting a president of Impact and not hiring a replacement, but replacing within.

If Scott did anything outside of what they deemed a poor performance to deserve the firing then I doubt they thank him like they did in the press release.

That’s what I mean. It seems they’re restructuring TNA into anthem, but why? It makes no sense. Like you said it doesn’t appear he did a poor job. Unless I’m misunderstanding something.

Yeah, corporations can’t help it. They buy something that ran on its own because they liked what it was doing, but can’t help themselves.

At least Sinclair took over the day to day of ROH relatively early after the buyout. And didn’t wait for Scott to turn TNA around five years later.
