-- There continues to be a lot of speculation regarding The Miz's role at WrestleMania 28. Miz, who successfully defended the WWE title against John Cena in the main event of last year's show, is rumored to be involved in this year's Rock vs. Cena match in some capacity. WWE is said to have a storyline ready for The Miz after WrestleMania and his recent losing streak is part of the buildup to that angle.
Really hope this isn't true at all. Sure there is a connection there from last year but it's a bit late in the day now to work him into this storyline. Just hope to god he doesn't do some run in.

I've thought he'd do a run in for a few weeks now actually. I don't necessarily want it to happen, but I definitely see the likeliness. If he were to do a run in, which one would he screw? I mean, he kinda' has a problem with them both. It would be a real swerve if he screwed Rock, and him and Cena worked together. Finally get a Cena heel turn, and the heat would be huge, happening in Miami.

This just screams interference from Miz in the Cena/Rock match which doesn't need anything like that. If that happened all I could see happening is them both kicking his ass and throw him out the ring to go right back at each other. Which if that is the case that doesn't really do a whole lot for the guy.

Yeah, lets have the biggest match in a decade have a run with someone who couldn't keep his spot in the main event.

This will be the worst thing ever if it's true. People are going to Mania, watching Mania just because they want to see Rock and Cena go at it. It doesn't need any interference.

Kinda like Rock and Austin at 17 huh? Miz would be Vince and Cena would come to the dark side to beat Rock because as he keeps stressing he loses everything he has accomplished in his mind if Rock beats him (much like Austin and why he aligned with HHH and Vince)

Did you just compare Miz to Vince? That would be horrible to use Miz in a heel turn for Cena just because of how Miz has been looking lately. Wouldn't be able to take it that seriously.

I enjoyed PSYCH's post, it brought me back to the days of similar terrible comparisons from Perucho.

Seems like weird timing considering how shit he's been lately, getting jobber entrances, losing to nobodys and generally sucking ass......how does that translate to "throw him in the biggest match this decade".....

I love this Miz, I want him to be at Wrestlemania and I appreciate that they have him in mind going forward.

But this ain't a good idea.

Don't see any truth in this and it's a horrible idea for a guy like him who keeps jobbing on RAW lately to be involved in such a big match that's had a years build. -- No thanks. Would ruin it.

How do ya's know this is a bad idea untill it happens?

Doesn't sound to flash though, doesn't mean it won't be good, who knows.
