“Glass? Who gives a shit about glass?”
Whilst I’m not the biggest fan, I do enjoy the show.

I really liked the episode “The Vat of Acid Episode”.

Had me in stitches throughout.

I'm the Doctor
I've never seen a whole Episode of Rick and Morty and you would think with their type of Comedy I would be a huge fan of the Show. The little clip above though might change my mind in going full into the Show.

2 levels above, 2 steps ahead
Just watched 5x01 & 02. A bit of a weak start for the season with 01 but the second one was solid.

I'd say it was easily the weakest overall season tbh but I still enjoyed most all the episodes, they just went so far out there for some :lol the finale was absolute top notch tho

I'm currently watching this show again from Season 1 and finding it's clicking a lot more for me this time around. Humor is landing with me better and I'm really enjoying the episodes. Rixty Minutes is really one of the best episodes I've watched out of any show, The channels on the TV from all the other dimensions is just such a neat concept. :lol Rick Sanchez is such a well written character. I really like that the episodes are so bite sized. I'm used to watching shows with like hour long episodes these days, so it's nice to pump these out and they are very easy watching for the most part. Started from the beginning again because I couldn't fully remember where I was at.

100% on the rewatchable front, I've gone through Season 1 at least three times now. :lol Normally wouldn't do this for other shows but the episodes are so fast paced and easy to watch. No reason not to start from the beginning. I can see myself finishing it this time around.

Yeah I've probably watched 1 and 2 so many times cause they were out when I first got caught up lol 3 I've seen a couple times at least too by now

I'll probably take my time with the remaining episodes I got, so when this drops I can jump right in to it.

Rick and Morty are back. Adult Swim has announced that its marquee animated series will air its sixth season this fall, setting a season premiere for Sept. 4 at 11 p.m. ET/PT.

The network is keeping it light for the comedy series’ upcoming season, teasing a bunch of shenanigans for the eponymous mad scientist and his hapless grandson (both voiced by Justin Roiland). What awaits them in these new episodes?

“Who knows?!” reads Adult Swim’s teaser. “Piss! Family! Intrigue! A bunch of dinosaurs! More piss!”

“Rick and Morty” has been a massive hit for Adult Swim, ranking as the top comedy across all U.S. cable in 2017, 2019 and 2021.

“It’s hard to overstate the impact of ‘Rick and Morty.’ More than a hit show, it is truly a global phenomenon,” Michael Ouweleen, president of Adult Swim and Cartoon Network, said in a statement accompanying the announcement. “As we prepare to launch this soon-to-be iconic season, we will be giving fans a unique way to be part of the fun – so keep your eyes peeled.”

Along with Roiland, the series also stars the voices of Sarah Chalke, Chris Parnell and Spencer Grammer. Harmon Roiland serve as creators and executive producers.

The slightly-higher-than-one-year gap between Season 6 and Season 5, which concluded in August 2021, marks one of the shortest interims between seasons for “Rick and Morty.” In prior years, Season 4 debuted in November 2019 and aired five episodes before the season resumed and concluded in May 2020, while Season 3 aired in 2017, Season 2 in 2015 and Season 1 in 2013-2014.

In 2018, Adult Swim gave “Rick and Morty” a massive 70-episode renewal, part of a long-term deal Harmon and Roiland signed with Adult Swim.
