I'm surprised there wasn't already a thread for this show on here, but I couldn't find one. Oh well, better late than never. The second half of season 4 has started airing, and episode 8, "The Vat of Acid Episode" airs tonight. Any of you guys been watching season 4? I loved the first half, especially episodes 1 and 5. The second half has been fun so far as well, the rest of the episodes after tonight are titled "Childrick of Mort" and "Star Mort: Rickturn of the Jerri"

This is an amazing show. My wife got pissed at me because my oldest son would watch this show with me.

This show does have a lot of hot topics in the writing, and shows a lot of stuff people deal with. I could go on and on about that. Like Futurama, this show hits hard in the feels.

And then in the middle of something deep and philosophical they'll make fart jokes, what a balance

I got into this show really really late honestly. This last new episode was the first I watched while it was still pretty new(like less than 24 hours new)haha. I watched all of what I could on Hulu and had already seen some of season 4 at my cousins. Got caught up recently. Good show.

Can we talk about the use of Nine Inch Nails' version of "Hurt" in the season 2 finale

I normally say the Johnny Cash cover is way better, but the original fit with Rick and Morty so well. Great fuckin' choice. That's one of my favorite episodes for sure.

I like the song they play for Evil Morty

It’s too hard to pick a favorite honestly I love all of the episodes. If I had really had to pick though then probably the one where Rick first gives them Interdimensional Cable and we meet Ants in my Eyes Johnson

I also like the Pickle Rick episode a lot as well.

Honestly the Citadel of Ricks episode which I think is the second time they use that song bc it was Evil Morty's second appearance...yeah that might be my favorite episode lmao it was just insane.
