Pretty much. The longest running champions in the Raw Tag Titles history is 334 days and they already surpassed that.

Having these belts longer than Demolition held the World Tag Team Titles is irrelevant to anything.

It's time to get new blood holding the tag titles. Oh well. I guess we'll just go another year with these guys.

At least Nikki Bella ACTUALLY beat her record. New Day have held on to these belts far longer than they needed to break a record that'll still say Demolition on the WWE website.

They could, but they don't. They choose to only keep the 2002 belt lineage. The original belt ends in 2010.

I thought it was dumb in 2010 to retire the original belt and it makes even less sense now.

Actually I'm the one who supplies the facts and Santa doesn't. I'm not arguing about New Day or Demolition who deserves it more. The fact is not even WWE actually believe New Day broke their record. I don't foresee WWE going onto their website tomorrow and merging the 1979 and 2002 belts back together for it to say New Day has the record for longest running tag team champions. That was what tonight was all about. Them breaking that record held by Demolition over the belts retired in 2010.

This is why I wanted New Day to lose. So this whole thing would be over.
