Brad Rheingans is going to Japan to go visit Masa Saito and asked Brock to come along, which he now is. And WWE was doing a mini tour there anyway so that's why Brock is working that show

Because they are making Owens the Anti-Cena and having him mock everything Cena does or has done.
He's mirroring Lesnar.. in his complete domination of Cena, which is why when Lesnar returns as a babyface Owens will be his first target.
