Even though it doesn't qualify as cartoon, I can't tell you how much I miss the Power Rangers... seriously it's shows like that, that were my gateway into martial arts.

On top of cartoons I have to say there are a few that stand out in my mind.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles
Spider Man
Gundam Wing
Transformers
and MEGA MAN!!! FUCK I MISS MEGA MAN!!!

Then of course for my non violent cartoons I always enjoyed the hannah barberra cartoons like The Flinstones, the Jetsons, and of course.. Scooby Doo. I guess the original transformers also counts there too, eh?

Holy shit yeah I did! Forgot about those. You're talking about the ones where there was two heads for each ranger, and you would flip them around to change em right?

I loved the Gargoyles when I was little but I was also terrified of them. I can remember not wanting to go into downtown Boston fearing that gargoyles were on the skyscrapers.

I also watched the shit out of Digimon until the 3rd season. While Pokemon was huge for me, Digimon was absolutely my saturday mornings.
