Didn't actually see what Dwight did yet to get himself booted from the game and made him cuss at Mitch but even JR was bashing him on twitter and that usually isn't JR's style.

He didnt actually cuss at Mitch. Dave McMenamin who is a reporter said Dwight yelled at the ref "bitch" and honestly I blame Dantoni for that. You think any other coach lets Dwight takes the hits he took without being ejected, getting a tech, or fine. We knw Phil got fined very year protecting Kobe and Shaq, Stan got fined, pop has gotten tosses, as had Karl, but all Dantoni said about the fouls were they were tough and he had to play thru them.

And BRJP did you expect full Dwight off back surgery when he wasnt even cleared to lift weights until March? Or with a torn labrum in his shooting shoulder? All this showed is how much Kobe makes that team go in the half court and they need a new 1, 3, and 4 as well as coach.

Oh and another thing Barry pointed TMac finally made the second round and Pau is 0-16 without Kobe in the playoffs

You'd blame Magic Johnson getting aids on Dantoni if you could.

I would.

That said, you two know from years of watching a coach has to take a tech or fine for a star at some point. A guy can't just get hit and be called for over 20 offensive fouls without his coach fighting for him. Hell y'all know that from organized sports, a coach takes a tech just to say you're my guy I'm going to fight for you. And you can't go back a postseason where Phil didnt take a media fine in chicago or LA for working the refs.

Hell Stan got a bunch of fines fighting for Dwight ironically

The player and situation has to be worth fighting for though. That situation was not worth fighting for and Dwight lost his shit on something as small as typical fighting for position as a big man cause he probably wanted out of the game anyways cause he knew the series was over. Basically pulled a Bynum just not as bad obvious. This has nothing to do with Dantoni and everything to do with Dwight being mentally weak.

Have you ever heard of a player getting 21 offensive fouls in 4 games? Plus 4 techs? I mean at some point something ain't right

Was shocked to her Phil had been diagnosed with prostate cancer in 2011 and only told Kobe and Fisher at the time, then the rest of the team after the season ended. Makes a lot of sense in retrospect a that's when the I don't want to travel and just looking tired started. Glad to hear he's healthy now. Can't wait to pick up his book at the end of the month

Just picked up on you saying 21 offensive fouls which is impossible since I'm looking at game logs and he got 17 fouls total in those 4 games so idk where you got that from.

Man forget Howard, Marc Gasol is the best big man in the game this year I must say. Guy can just do everything.

Not arguing ... And LA drafted him lol. Love Pau and the two rings, but the Gasol Brothers and Odom would've been a sight to see

What tony just did seems so hard to do. It's easy to wedge a ball but he just got it stuck in the hardest spot ever

Jesus Paul has had zero help on the offensive end that is sad.

He should drop 30 plus a game, its on him, he's never stepped up a whole series and carried a scoring and minutes load. He had a good game but he's too damn good to get his ass kicked by Parker like he has or let Conley play him to a negligible stalemate these playoffs. He's not a franchise player, he just can't handle the minute or scoring burden for a season, which is why I see him leaving

Marc is the best C in basketball, Zach the best PF ... Best big tandem I've seen since Hakeem and Thorpe. They remind me so much of them rockets. Prince in Horrys role. And the two Gs in Conley and tony who don't give shit up.
