What style of wrestling you training in? I'm assuming it's more of a european style with lots of chaining.

We do get taught a lot of chain, I would say my training matches contain a lot of it, especially arm bars.

Pretty cool, arm bars have so many entries so it's pretty cool to transition into.

Yeah, personal favourite is one @Rhod showed me the helicopter arm drag, it works great into my matches because my friend who is my age always works with me and he uses the liontamer and a shining wizard as a finish so he will try and hit a liontamer I push him up and helicopter arm bar him, a finish we did last week was he tried to lock in the tamer I pushed him up for the helicopter, he jumps off, hits the ropes and im sitting up and bang shining wizard.
