Considered to be a classic but I'd say it's overrated due to the fact that it's not that great of an album. I mean some songs are more than skippable and the first disc is much better than the second.

Overrated...

Im tempted to say neither but many overlook it, and only recall Life After Death but Ready 2 Die is a classic imo, I love every track. So Under-rated

It's as good as people think it is. But I would say overated just because people think it's so good just because Eminem made it, it's not his best album.
