Nice part 2 but i agree with wwemikeraw that KOTM will steal the show. I dont think ive ever seen anymore write one for a BTB so im interested to see how you do it.
great show so far. all of your interviews are well written and the matches all lived up to the hype and so far my favorite match would be surpingly or not the opening match but as everybody has already said, the KOTM match will be match of the night when it's written.

VIDEO: Kurt Angle comes to TNA.
Tenay: Well Don, you just saw Kurt Angle’s thoughts on the main event, then you saw one of TNA’s most memorable moments, that’s when Kurt Angle made the jump to TNA. He has had quite the run here in TNA, he is the reigning NWA World Champion since Against All Odds for starters!
West: Mike, but Kurt Angle has never been in a King of the Mountain match, and I fear that is a major disadvantage! Jarrett has been in all of them, the past 3, he has won 2 of them. In my eyes Jarrett is a surefire win tonight!
Tenay: Well Don, don’t forget, AJ Styles, Samoa Joe, and Christian Cage are also in this match, anyone of them could climb the ladder and become the New King of the Mountain here tonight capping off TNA’s 5 Year Anniversary PPV Slammiversary!
Samoa Joe’s music hits as Samoa Joe comes to the ring.
AJ Styles’ music hits as the Phenomenal AJ Styles hits the stage.
Christian Cage’s music plays as the Instant Classic strolls to the ring.
Jeff Jarrett’s music hits as Double J heads down the ramp.

King of the Mountain Match
Kurt Angle* vs. Jeff Jarrett vs. Christian Cage vs. AJ Styles vs. Samoa Joe
Angle stands in the corner with his hood over his head as the ref asks him to hand over the NWA World title. Angle lifts his hood and holds up the NWA world title. He hands it over to the ref and the bell rings. All 5 men circle around the ring waiting for someone to make the first move. Everyone turns towards Angle and move in for the kill. They all start bashing Angle towards the corner. Angle starts fighting them off shooting off on both Cage and AJ. Joe goes for a clothesline on Angle, but Angle counters and German Suplexes Joe. Angle gets up and finds himself face to face with Jeff Jarrett himself. They face off and neither makes a move. Cage ambushes Angle from behind and AJ ambushes Jarrett. Cage starts stomping Angle towards the mat, but Angle counters and grabs Cage and lock up towards the corner. AJ mounts punches on Jarrett while Joe exits the ring and gets the ladder. Joe holds the ladder on the outside as AJ sees him and suicide dives out of the ring onto Joe smashing him under the ladder. AJ grabs Joe and attempts a suplex onto the floor, but Joe counters and launches AJ onto the floor with a suplex of his own. Cage forces Angle back into the corner and back elbows him in the face. Jarrett charges at Cage, but Cage ducks and Jarrett smashes Angle in the corner. Cage rolls up Jarrett 1…kickout! Cage gets up and is hooked by Angle looking for a German, but Cage counters and gets behind Angle. Cage holds him and signals to Jarrett to hit him. Jarrett connects with forearm chops and right hooks onto Angle. Angle falls and Jarrett goes for the pin 1…2…kickout! Joe grabs AJ by the head and tries to slam his head against the ring post, but AJ gets his leg up and kicks him right in the head and slams Joe’s skull against the ring post.
Tenay: DW, you and I both know that the history between AJ and Joe is well documented and there still seems to be bad blood between these 2 individuals!
Cage and Jarrett get Angle up and attempt a double suplex on him. Angle counters into a double DDT on both Cage and Jarrett. He crawls over to pin Jarrett 1…2…kickout! He roles over to pin Cage 1…2…kickout! Angle can’t believe it. AJ grabs the ladder and slides it into the ring. He gets up on the apron, and Angle grabs him and flips him over the top rope into the ring. Angle slaps the Ankle lock onto AJ. AJ struggles to the ropes and gets to it, but Angle won’t break it. Cage goes behind Angle and tries to get the Unprettier, but Angle counters and swings him to the ropes and Cage bounces back to be backdropped by Angle. Jarrett was playing possum, but gets up and connects with the all of a sudden Stroke on Angle and he pins him 1…2…3!
Jeff Jarrett qualified to climb the ladder.
Kurt Angle goes to the penalty box for 2:00.
Tenay: Wow! Can you believe it?!?!? Jarrett just pinned Angle! The first pin of the match, Jarrett got it on Angle!
Jarrett grabs the ladder and sets it up. He grabs the belt from the ref and climbs the ladder. Joe emerges into the ring and grabs the ladder and tips it over, Jarrett comes crashing down on the top rope. AJ connects with a Pale’ on Joe. AJ gets up and is hit with the NWA World title by none other than Christian Cage. Cage pins AJ 1…2…3!
Christian Cage qualified to climb the ladder.
AJ Styles goes to the penalty box for 2:00.
Styles is forced by the refs to go to the penalty box, but resists due to Angle freaking out kicking the fencing of the box. AJ gets placed in the box. Kurt Angle starts beating the hell out of AJ in the penalty box. Cage looks around and Jarrett is down from getting hung up on the ropes and Joe is down from the Pale’s by Styles, so he grabs the belt and begins to climb the ladder. Jarrett pulls himself up by the steps on the ladder and grabs the back of Cage’s tights. He pulls him down and Cage tries to whack Jarrett with the belt, but Jarrett ducks, Cage drops the belt, and Jarrett strokes Cage and Cage’s head lands right on the belt. Joe dropkicks Jarrett.
Kurt Angle is released from the penalty box.
Cage is busted open from the belt and Joe pins him 1…2…kickout! Angle comes in and German suplexes Joe. Jarrett goes for a clothesline on Angle, but Angle counters and gets behind him to nail a string of 3 German Suplexes. He pulls down the straps and locks in the Ankle Lock on Jarrett. Cage gets up, with the belt in hand, and climbs the ladder. Angle sees him and scales the other side of the ladder. Cage tries to swing the belt in clock Angle in the face, but Angle blocks it and takes the belt and tries to hit Cage with it and clocks him across the skull. Cage is hanging on by a finger on the top of the ladder.
AJ Styles is released from the penalty box.
The penalty box opens but AJ is spaghetti legged from the Angle beat down and just sits in there. Angle grabs Cage and maneuvers on the top of the ladder and attempts the Olympic Slam on Cage, but Joe comes in and pushes the ladder over once more. Cage and Angle fall to the mat. Joe grabs Cage and locks in the Rear Naked Choke. Cage taps.
Samoa Joe qualified to climb the ladder.
Christian Cage is in the penalty box for 2:00.
West: So let’s bring you up to speed! Jeff Jarrett, Christian Cage, and now Samoa Joe are qualified to hang the belt. Cage just got pinned and is now in the penalty box, AJ hasn’t come out of the penalty box due to a Kurt Angle beat down, and Kurt Angle has yet to get the pin, and he is the champion!
Joe grabs the belt and tries to go up the ladder, but Jarrett stops him. He tries to reason with him, but Joe tries hard chopping him, but Jarrett counters and DDT’s Joe. Jarrett grabs the belt and goes up the ladder. AJ gets out of the box finally and enters the ring. He climbs up the turnbuckles and dropkicks Jeff Jarrett on the ladder and Jeff goes down. Angle runs towards AJ, but AJ slams him with a dropkick. AJ picks up Angle, but Angle gets behind Styles, AJ turns around knees Angle in the gut and connects with the Styles Clash, he pins Angle 1…2…3!
AJ Styles qualified to climb the ladder.
Kurt Angle is in the penalty box for 2:00.
Angle is pissed and the refs are pushing him towards the penalty box, and Cage sees him coming, they place Angle in the box and lock the door. Cage gets on his knees and is praying in front of Angle not to hurt him.
Christian Cage is released from the penalty box.
Cage runs out of the penalty box to escape Angle and he hugs the referee. AJ grabs the belt and runs up the ladder. Joe and Jarrett look at each other then look at Styles. The grab him and double powerbomb Styles off the ladder crashing to the mat. Joe Insuguri’s Jarrett. He pins Jarrett 1…2…kickout! Cage runs in the ring and cross bodies Joe into a pin 1…2…kickout! Cage grabs the belt and waits for Joe to get up. Joe gets up and Cage goes to hit him with the belt, Joe counters and locks in the Kokina Clutch. Jarrett grabs the belt and now goes up the ladder. Joe is too concentrated on making Cage tap to focus on Jarrett. AJ is on the apron and stands up. He springboards off the apron onto the top rope landing on the ladder opposite Jarrett. AJ axe kicks Jarrett and Jarrett goes down to the mat. AJ stands atop the ladder, but doesn’t have the belt.
West: AJ! You need the belt buddy! You can’t win the match without it!
Tenay: Don, I don’t think that’s what he’s shooting for!
AJ pauses and then nails the Spiral Tap off the top of the ladder onto Jarrett. The crowd can’t believe it, they start freaking out chanting TNA! TNA! TNA!
West: That was freaking insane!
Kurt Angle is released from the penalty box.
Angle rushes in looking at Joe on the ground, Cage trying to catch his breath after Joe released the clutch, Styles holding his back, and Jarrett motionless on the ground. He runs and goes pin AJ, 1…2…Jarrett jumps over and breaks the pin.
Tenay: Why the hell did Jarrett break the pin, it would have been one less man!?!?!?
West: Mike, I’ll tell you why, Kurt is the only one not able to hang the belt, and if he would have pinned AJ, he could have been able to win this match!
Angle looks at Jarrett with a death stare. Angle grabs Jarrett but his hair and clotheslines him down. Jarrett gets right back up and Angle belly to bellies him. Jarrett slides out of the ring in pain and Angle goes after him. Jarrett runs over the barricade, Angle chasing after him. Joe gets up and sees the belt on the ground with everyone either down or outside. He grabs it and climbs the ladder. Cage pulls Joe off the ladder and neckbreakers him. Cage gets up and AJ is running towards him, Cage flips AJ over the top rope and AJ lands right on top of the penalty box’s steel fencing. Joe and Cage now are in the middle of the ring. Cage charges at Joe but Joe ducks and the insuguris Cage. Joe grabs the ladder and slams it on top of Cage. Joe grabs Cage out of the rubble and swings him towards the corner. He runs and knees him in the face and bulldogs him. Joe grabs the ladder and sets it up in the corner. He whips Cage into it. Joe looks to bulldoze him. He runs towards Cage but nobody home, Cage moves out of the way and Joe’s 300+ lbs. body crashes into the ladder bending it in half.
Tenay: He just broke that ladder Don!!!!
West: I can’t believe what I am seeing!!!
Cage goes outside to get another ladder. He grabs a ladder from under the ring and slides it in the ring. He holds the ladder horizontally and AJ from on top of the penalty box performs a picture perfect running Phenomenal Arm onto Cage. Joe is still down from the crash and burn into the ladder. AJ grabs the belt and lays on the mat.
Tenay: All men are down here Don! Who will get up first, it’s only down to 3, Jarrett and Angle have fled out of here!
AJ gets up and grabs the ladder from the downed Christian. He is going to climb it, but Cage appears and puts one hand on his shoulder. AJ turns around and Cage grabs the belt from him. The crowd cheers for AJ. AJ viciously grabs the belt back and spits in Cage’s face. Cage tries to hit him but AJ ducks and nails the Styles Clash on Christian Cage. He pins him 1…2…3!
Christian Cage is in the penalty box for 2:00.
AJ holds the belt up as Cage is escorted to the penalty box. He looks at Joe who is completely out. The crowd doesn’t know who to cheer for at this point, they are just going insane. AJ sets the ladder in the middle of the ring. He takes his time so it’s perfect. He slowly climbs the ladder and pauses at the top to wave to all of his fans and he motions like he is crying to Christian Cage who is sitting in the penalty box, and laughs at Samoa Joe as he places the belt at the top.
WINNER: New NWA World Heavyweight Champion AJ Styles
Tenay: Well Don, you are looking at the new NWA World Heavyweight Champion! Don, AJ is now not only King of the Mountain; he is now King of TNA!
West: Mike, I can’t really think of a better way, it’s TNA’s 5 Year show, and AJ has been the main player in TNA since it’s inception! I tip my hat to the Phenomenal One!
AJ slings the belt over his shoulder sitting atop the ladder.
Wow, wonderful match loved every second great job love the ppv! Im interested to see how angle reacts on impact.

The King of the mountian match was absolutly awesome man. AJ winning the title very nice to see can't wait to see what the follow up will be on Impact keep up the good work and check out EWO:Warzone
WOW! I thought it was time for angle to lose the belt and i'm glad to see AJ win. the whole match was sensational and although it dragged on it was sick, rather than most long matches which eventually get boring.
hey just checked out king of the mountain and that was totally crazy loved it...although it was long and dragged at times it was still a phenomenal match and nice to see AJ champ...

After a brutal King of the Mountain match at TNA’s 5 year Anniversary show, Slammiversary, only one man reigned supreme as NWA World Heavyweight Champion. After Kurt Angle, the only man that was not eligible to hang the belt in the match, was screwed out of pinning AJ Styles by Jeff Jarrett breaking up the pin, Angle went after Jarrett through the audience. Samoa Joe was taken out of the match when he was going for a bulldozer into Christian Cage against the ladder in the corner, but nobody was home and Joe slammed into the ladder and bent it in half. Christian Cage was sent to the penalty box after the Styles Clash giving AJ the perfect opportunity to run up the ladder and hang the belt thus becoming NWA World Champion. Now that the Phenomenal One is the King of TNA, what happens next? Who is next for the Phenomenal One?
