NWA TNA Weekly PPV #101 (06/30/2004) - Double or nothing Humiliation match: Sonny Siaki and Pat Kenny vs. The NYC
The wrestling wasn't bad but the lack of heel heat hurt the match and without that it was boring. *

NWA TNA Weekly PPV #101 (06/30/2004) - Contract of Watts vs. Goldi’s briefcase of money: Erik Watts vs. Abyss w/ Goldylocks
This was your normal Eric Watts match so you know it was a FAILED attempt at a brawl with no psychology or anything. 1/4*

WWF SummerSlam '89 - WWF Intercontinental Championship: Rick Rude vs The Ultimate Warrior

Pretty good for the most part, and that's saying something for a Warrior match. Ending was ridiculously stupid, and Rude obviously carried this one. After this Warrior would move on to his GREAT feud with Andre 8D

WCW Worldwide 4/10/1993: Bob Cook v.s Ron Simmons.

Simmons was given a guy around his size to dominate for about a minute before he hits a shoulder block for the win. Not much but it got it's point across.

NWA TNA Weekly PPV #101 (06/30/2004) - The Naturals vs. America’s Most Wanted

Really, really great tag team match, I loved that AMW took it to them straight away just beating the shit out of them. Just for the Naturals to not stay down. This match also showed the great chemistry all 4 guys have with each other and The Naturals showed they belonged not only in TNA but could hang with AMW. They will continue to have a great feud I think, and this was a great match to kick it off. *** Only thing stopping it from being a higher rating was the awful finish.

WCW Worldwide 4/10/1993: TV Title Match- The Z-Man v.s Paul Orndorff(c).

A good way to prove Orndorff deserved the belt by him beating a former TV Champion. Yeah this was labelled as Orndorff's first defense. I'm not too sure if that is accurate. It was short and was mostly Orndorff being frustrated with Z-Man getting the advantage early and grounding him on the mat with armbars. Orndorff sometimes just let him grab him, though just to progress the match because Z-Man was out of place a lot of the time. Of course once Orndorff regains his barrings he drops Tom Zenk on his with a Piledriver. Decent at best and got Orndorff over as our Television Champion.

WWF SummerSlam '89 - Andre the Giant & The Twin Towers vs Demolition & Jim Duggan

Decent enough for the talent involved I guess. Typical clusterfuck finish, but at least it was better than I expected.

WCW Worldwide 4/10/1993: Steve Dane v.s Arn Anderson.

Anderson was pretty flawless in this. He stretched apart Dane until he felt he was ready to put him away with his Spinebuster. Very enjoyable squash but Dane clearly was never a threat. Anderson says he's going after the World Title after the match. Ric Flair with Missy Hiyatt then shows up. Great promo here.

WWF SummerSlam '89 - Hercules vs Greg Valentine

Pretty decent for a 3-4 minute match, not much else to say though other than this really didn't belong on a PPV, especially this high up the card. Garvin's ring introduction for Valentine was hilarious though.

WCW Worldwide 4/10/1993: Dusty Wolf v.s Sting.

This was pretty much exactly the same as the last Sting squash I saw on here. It's just light work for Sting but at least he knows how to control them.

NWA TNA Weekly PPV #101 (06/30/2004) - X Division Championship: AJ Styles vs. Michael Shane w/ Traci vs. Frankie “The Future” Kazarian vs. “Primetime” Elix Skipper vs. The Amazing Red vs. Chris Sabin

A great match to please the fans, and the ending was insane! TNA really went all out with the Main Event and after brawl to give the fans their money’s worth. ***1/4 After the match was over, all hell broke loose. Team Canada charged the ring and a fight ensued. Just then AMW came through the curtains exchanging blows with the Naturals. Christopher Daniels joined the fray and he too got involved using the NWA flag pole to fight off people. D Lo Brown and Monty Brown were shown fighting their way back through the crowd and so were the 3 Live Kru and The Elite Guard. Bodies were everywhere in the Asylum. In the end, Jeff Jarrett came to the ring with his guitar and stood in the center of the ring untouched, until Ken Shamrock came out to confront him. Just as Shamrock hit the ring, the show went off the air!

WWF SummerSlam '89 - Jimmy Snuka vs Ted DiBiase

Decent enough, but the count-out ending was so cheap and this definitely didn't deserve to be the penultimate match before the main event.

WCW Worldwide 4/17/1993: Amos Moses & Joe Jackson v.s The Hollywood Blondes.

The Blondes just humiliate the other team. The other team didn't even get in one blow. Austin and Pillman seriously just wasted time to show off for the crowd and shit. Not too bad, just think they could have ended at any point. The Atomic Blondes Splash is a cool finish, too. They don't seem to use that often though.

WCW Worldwide 4/17/1993: Gary McGough v.s Van Hammer.

Van Hammer is the definition of a generic worker. However, he does decently well controlling this squash.

WWF SummerSlam '89 - Brutus Beefcake and Hulk Hogan vs Randy Savage and Zeus

Not a very good main event at all, but better than I expected with Zeus involved. Crowd was hot all throughout and I guess it was decent enough to close a decent enough PPV.
