Let's be completely honest about this.

Everyone can complain all the way up to Mania if this happened....and guess what? You'd still watch. What a waste of time and breath tbvh.

Well, yes, I'm going to watch, its WrestleMania. I'm not going to buy it just to see that match though. Hell, I probably won't even watch the match. Their first two matches were so boring it just sucked all the life out of my WrestleMania party. WWE just assumes that everyone that buys a PPV buys it for Cena, or Rock. I buy WrestleMania every year, regardless. The only other PPV I actually ever bought was Money in the Bank 2011 and that was for Punk.

Their assumptions are correct, which is why they milked it for two years...duh. a small section of their audience not liking something doesn't mean the majority share the same opinions. if 9 out of 10 dentists will say a toohpaste works.,..I'm not going to listen to that one guy.

And Rock blew up Twitter with his cryptic message, and their match won match of the year voted on by their audience......The 9 dentists spoke.

Well no matter what I'ma watch Mania... but I'ma still say that there are certain matches that I wouldn't care to see. Doesn't mean that if its on there I'm not going to watch it. I'm not going to skip an entire PPV cause one match is on there that I don't wanna see. If that was the case I'd be skipping every PPV.

Everyone has their reasons for watching different PPVs and people will be tuning in to watch if there was to be a Rock/Cena 3. I'd be tuning in to see the other matches. Undertaker's match. So I don't see a prob at all with people voicing their dislike of a certain match potentially happening.

Sorry dude, but that's pretty much a Pavlovian response. I skip PPVs all the time, especially if it offers me nothing I want to see. Case in point, most of the shows with face CM Punk and Daniel Bryan for the WWE titles, I skipped lastyear. I skipped this years Summerslam, NOC, and Battleground. If I wanted to see Rhodes/Shield, youtube it.

Rock posted match of the year comments on IG as well, called John a Caucasian Beast, thanked him, put over he was glad to do the honors last year, and said he's recovering still from the pelvis injury. He's playing it up a bit with this match of the year thing

Well that's the thing though. I'm normally only watching PPVs with my friends so even if I don't wanna see half the card... if there is one or two matches I'll watch. But its mainly for the entertainment of being there with friends watching.

If I was just watching alone then I'd do what you do. So yeah... that's why I can still find a reason to watch.

Forbes has released a list of the highest-grossing actors of 2013. While Iron Man 3 was the highest-grossing film, its star Robert Downey Jr did not repeat from 2012 as the highest-grossing actor. Instead, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson takes #1 thanks to the blockbusters Fast and Furious 6 and G.I. Joe: Retaliation along with smaller films Snitch and Pain & Gain. Here are the top ten:

1. Dwayne Johnson ($1.3 billion)
2. Robert Downey Jr ($1.2 billion)
3. Steve Carell ($964 million)
4. Vin Diesel ($887 million)
5. Sandra Bullock ($862 million)
6. Paul Walker ($789 million)
7. Billy Crystal ($743 million) (TIE)
7. John Goodman ($743 million) (TIE)
9. Chris Hemsworth ($701 million)
10. Jennifer Lawrence ($700 million)

He made big money all around last year, so he clearly didn't need the ring, but it didn't hurt. He may go for a round 3 just because Fast 7 is postponed IMO

So he still only came back to the WWE because his movie career was failing and he needed the money, right? :kobe:

3 of the top 6 are from the Fast franchise. Diesel had Redik. Rock was the King of movies IMO with all the roles and it doesn't even count in his WM or The Hero money. He didn't need wwe at all, if he did he would have been getting paid for Raws and SDs over just ppv matches
