Face Of the Company?

This guy screams 'face of the company'. I don't know what it is, but I just can't pin point what it is.
He has an untouched demographic and he's African american. WWE swears up and down they want an african american star and you're looking at him. There's something about Darren Young. When I look at him, I just see 'Face of the Company'.

Darren Young is a very athletic person, I just don't know if he has the total package to be labelled as the top face of the company.. he'll need to show a little more, we'll see what happens with the Titus O'Neil feud and how he comes back from injury before I come to terms with this statement.

Future US/IC champ is all I see, at best. At least I'd like to think so, but it's just so hard to see him coming out of this rut he's been stuck in for so long! I do like Sandow, a lot, but he's been screwed so much that I'm fearful the damage done is (maybe) far beyond repair.

I don't see anyone better than Reigns if you take having a face of the company look as the only criteria.

Reigns is a pretty bastard, for sure. But is he better than either Rollins or Ambrose? No, not at all. While I like Roman, the dude is still inexperienced and needs a lot of improving to do. I like the guy, really, he has that sweet Superman Punch and that Diving Dropkick from the outside to the bottom rope, but he needs to work on his offense. His matches are really starting to get generic, yet it's the early stage of his career. So far, Del Rio and Randy Orton (at SS) have been the only ones who could bring out the best in Reigns.

EDIT: Putting the company's main title on someone shouldn't be because of the pretty face, it should be because he's the hottest competition/product they've got going on... Hence why DBry's got the title shot(s) and the title itself before getting injured.

Not worried, Sandow's 60 is a pretty over segment and his whole Mizdow thing is pretty over as well.. for a guy who looks like he's being buried I don't think that will be the case at all.
