DX reunion at Raw's 1000th ep?

I've always respected past wrestling/wrestlers no matter if their stuff went stale or not. Hearing this news makes me happy because of the respect I have for what both Triple H and HBK did in their careers as well as with D-Generation X. D-Generation X along with Stone Cold created the Attitude Era. Grant it D-Generation X's stuff their last go around wasn't what it used to be, but so be it. Wrestling fans should just sit back and enjoy moments where retired/past superstars comeback for these moments because who knows when they'll do this again. It was much like when the NWO cameback to TNA for a few shows, fun to see again!

Point blank, without DX there would be no 1000th episode of Raw. They earned the right to be there and have a reunion on a milestone show just like Foley, Austin, Rock, Trish, Lita, etc

I don't mind HHH and HBK appearing on the show because they obviously played a big role in the past on RAW but the DX duo gimmick is terrible. Why not celebrate their best gimmicks which were simple as singles wrestlers not tryhard standups? Also the DX duo is so different to the original DX it is ridiculous that they keep trying to link it to that and reuniting every 12 months means that them showing up as the DX duo means nothing these days. Would get better reactions if we saw them as themselves.
