Maybe I’m getting them mixed up, or something idk. I just don’t recall being taken off guard by it because I had swore I heard it before.Goldust was accused of sexual assault before on this plane, which funnily wasn't covered by this ep.

Possibly, but I don't believe so. This is the main thing that sparked so much outrage because everyone heard the helicopter thing before.Maybe I’m getting them mixed up, or something idk. I just don’t recall being taken off guard by it because I had swore I heard it before.
Now, you have to think what the narrative for Kanyon will be
Mean, I am being serious. If people are backpedaling, for a lack for a better term, and having double thoughts now about Ric, the plane ride, and all. Will that follow into Kanyon and his experience?I think we've already seen it lmao "boys will be boys" and "but what about Pat Patterson"
Watching the episode now, and honestly who knows what is true. I've heard about the whole H bomb thing where they'd drug someone so they'd pass out. In fact Brutus Beefcake claimed a tag team would h bomb women and have their way with them. That shit was the most disturbing to me.
The whole Tommy Dreamer thing to me was just a foolish thing to say in today's culture, like bro really? You have to know shit like that won't fly. His comments basically were saying she was lying about the situation. Even if you felt that way you have nothing to gain by saying it. Even Tommy saying that it was a different time back then is so tone deaf.
If anyone is surprised by any of this I don't know how you could be.
This whole thing to me just shows you how many of these guys had severe substance abuse problems, and WWE just let it happen because they were superstars. Sounds to me like it was a ticking time bomb.
His is more concrete, imo, but there'll be backpedals (I don't think wrestlers will) like there has been already in this thread, unfortunately. Will that follow into Kanyon and his experience?
I do agree, and with Renee as of late exposing all of his past and all especially about Undertaker, who is a major person the Kanyon saga, for a lack of a better term so. I do think some wrestlers will backpedal because of who will be involved, but I could be wrong. As well, I am looking to see how many bring up Pat or Darren Young, or anyone on that line as some sort of "gotcha", when there is no comparison with Pat since he was/is a made man, so he is untouchable. Though if I remember right, he would force younger talent to strip naked in front him and some other things, but I could be wrong. His is more concrete, imo, but there'll be backpedals (I don't think wrestlers will) like there has been already in this thread, unfortunately.
By today's logic, that makes sense.WWE wouldn't do anything homophobic bc Vince liked Pat Patterson sounds a lot like I'm not racist bc I have a black friend to me

But yeah there's some bad allegations out there about Pat that I'm not sure how much depth they had or not, just remember them being talked about. Saw someone tweet about the plane ride episode "just wait until they do a ring boys episode if this shocks you" actually which would be about Pat's allegations
Honestly just do a whole story on JBL being a fucking cunt. Goose-stepping like an idiot, punching Blue Meanie, getting cold-cocked by Joey Styles, the shower stories, harassing Mauro Ranaullo, etc.I wonder if they'll ever cover the JBL soaping up younger guys in the shower stories. That seems like a normal thing to do for hazing.
They did fire Pat, but he was brought back because they couldn’t actually find evidence he did anything, but I do believe the ring announcer was found guilty.
It’s been while since I’ve read up on it.
