CWA marks it's return to PPV with the show where it all began. A year and a half ago CWA was born on PPV with Rebellion, that PPV had wild twists and turns and the night ended with The Hurricane being crowned the first ever CWA World Champion and this years rendition promises to be just as unpredictable as CWA enters it's new era.
On our website CWA.net, there was a press conference held where five key PPV matches were announced. So impressed by their showing in the title tournament on Anarchy, Dusty Rhodes has booked Christian Cage Vs Sting for the World Heavyweight Championship, will these two men steal the show again?. Also announced was an easy one to make, Mankind and Hurricane Helms will have their oppertunity to get revenge on the Natural Born Thrillers in tag team competition at Rebellion. Vince McMahon who was in attendence then proceeded to make a tag team title match up, or at least add a new tag team, Fortune will now take on both the Briscoe Brothers AND The Emperors of Wrestling!. That left Vince Russo to make the Fusion main event, and it will be the winner of this weeks Triple Threat title match taking on the winner of a Battle Royal which will kick off Fusion this week!.
Also announced later on CWA.net was that Scott Steiner will defend his Nationwide Championship against the impressive Jack Swagger in a Submission Match, and from Fusion, Taz will take on Mike Awesome in a Tables Match!.
