Wow... That's cold Bret. Just because Triple H is not the wrestling master that Bret was doesn't take away from his greatness.

The best mark there is, the best mark there was, and the best mark there ever will be.

I think Bret was great, but I have never ever liked him. The worst part is there are people out there, on other sites and I'm sure a couple on this one who agree. People's image of Triple H is so distorted and warped because they think "he wouldn't be here without marrying Steph" and the fact that he's Vince's son-in-law makes them all instantly biased. Very few people look at him for what he is, which is of course a great wrestler and a huge contributor to pro wrestling over the past decade. Triple H is in the top 20 discussion, there's no doubt. I won't really overrate Triple H and say he's better than Bret (though on the mic he is) but he should and probably will be remembered in a similar light as Bret.

Bret actually makes some reasonable points before saying stupid shit like "not a top 1000" wrestler.

Triple H marrying Stephanie isn't the only reason he's on top. He's 6'4 and muscular as fuck, of course he's gonna get a push. And even if his reason for a push was because of Stephanie, that doesn't take away from the fact that he killed his "game" character.

Triple H has always been great on the microphone and he has one heck of a shape. One of the best heels in WWE history in my opinion, I absolutely loved to hate him.

You're eleventy stars. :inferno:

I'd say Taker/Haitch HIAC was by far the greatest match the world has ever seen, though.
