Booker T and Kevin Nash to Return to WWE

According to PWInsider.com, former world champion Booker T has canceled his scheduled appearance at this weekend’s New Orleans Comic Con at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Regarding a surprise appearance at Sunday’s Royal Rumble PPV, he was in discussions with World Wrestling Entertainment officials a few weeks ago regarding a potential return.

Dave Meltzer of F4WOnline.com reports that there is actually a "pretty good chance" it could happen. The word is that Booker T has at least considered appearing at the Rumble and it's possible WWE made him a good offer to ensure he doesn't return to TNA as part of the Main Event Mafia.

I'm kind of expecting him to sign a short term deal to be with WWE through mania or something.

Makes sense for Booker as well since he has kids now. He can make a pretty penny from WWE and save it for their future, over what he could make in TNA. WWE could use the name value as well to add to the SD brand.

I hope it's just a one-off. I didn't care for him in TNA, he's getting up there, and he hasn't been big on putting people over lately. Plus, the idea of WWE doing something to cockblock TNA is pure silliness. Let him go to TNA, what's the difference?

Yeah, but it may play a small factor in it. Even though WWE doesnt give a shit about some TNA storyline.

WrestleZone also has a rumor posted about Nash being scheduled to be in the area and being a surprise Royal Rumble entrant as well as Booker T

I wouldn't be opposed to it as Nash could basically fill the Khali big man role, retire as an active wrestler on a big stage, and then be a manager/commentator

In that case for sure since Kane at least do a big boot without you having to worry about him tearing his ACL doing so.

Booker reached out to him apparently not too long ago so on his part looks like he wants to patch things up but haven't heard anything about Stevie. I'm still wondering why they haven't been talking about as I never heard what it was about just knew they ain't been cool in a while.
