    Scream (2022)

Hmm, Ghostface in New York. Interesting! https://bloody-disgusting.com/movie/3718926/ghostface-takes-manhattan-scream-6-will-take-place-in-new-york-city/

    Scream (2022)

As much as I love Neve obviously, I think this sequel can still be fine without her. It's just weird having a Scream movie without Sidney Prescott mostly, but I feel there's only so much they can do with her character anyways and having it be believable that she'd come back to confront Ghostface...

    Scream (2022)

Some of the death scenes were brutal, too. I always thought they did a good job making sure the kills have a lot of impact. I can't give them enough credit for the sound especially. Like, you really feel it when characters die in these films. I agree with you on the vibe, I think they nailed it...

    Scream (2022)

My favourite Scream movie since the original. Thought it was a really nice modern flair on a formula that works, and they pulled it off better than Scream 4. Although I do feel 4 had the better killer reveal. I got thoughts below:

    Scream (2022)

Oh no, you're good. I won't be checking this thread again until after I've watched it. :becky2 Which will be when it's available to watch, as it still is a digital pre-order over here in the UK at the moment. Not sure why. :hmm:

    Scream (2022)

I may just end up buying it on Digital myself, I haven't decided yet. I thought I'd wait until it hit home release to watch it. Surprisingly I managed to avoid spoilers so far, I didn't read anything above what I posted :lol

    Scream (2022)

Nice, good to hear. If you want to share more about it you can use spoiler tags. I just won't be opening it until I've seen the movie, but others might join in when they watched it too.

    Scream (2022)

Final trailer has dropped, pretty HYPE:

    Scream (2022)

He was excellent in Don't Breathe though, I thought. Loved that movie.

    Scream (2022)

Depends what horror movies you're talking about. He was in one on Netflix called 'The Open House' and it might be one of the worst movies I've ever watched. :uhoh Nah, he'll be good, he's a solid actor.

    Scream (2022)

I think it depends. I thought Scream 4 did a good job of bringing it to modern audiences, and this looks to be about the same judging by the reactions. If not better. Which is surprising without Wes and Williamson. I don't think most Slashers are 'scary' but I enjoy the whodunnit aspect...

    Scream (2022)

Some are saying it's close to the original in quality, and that's a pretty high bar. I'll be very happy if that's the case. Love Scream 2 and 4 as sequels, but nothing has quite matched that impact the first movie had on me.

    Scream (2022)

Oh damn. This is getting good initial reactions. Trying not to get too hyped but it's promising. https://ew.com/movies/scream-first-reactions/

    Scream (2022)

Official Poster: :banderas: Who's the killer? :garrett I might guess 13 Reasons Why kid.

    Scream (2022)

I think Neve still looks stunning, she's aged really well. Age hasn't been as kind to Courtney Cox though. I'm just glad they are all back together mostly, having the original cast there is important to really sell this thing for me. There is no Scream without Sidney Prescott after all.

    Scream (2022)

New trailer has dropped. Looks pretty decent but need to see more obviously.

    Scream (2022)

Oh fuck, you're right :uhoh Wes had the direction and Williamson had the tight scripts. I'm quite concerned about how this turns out but hoping for the best. 4 is personally my favourite after the first movie, but I enjoyed 2 a lot. 3 was okay, I didn't like the voice changer thing. Weakest...

    Scream (2022)

No Wes Craven :worried I hope they do right by him. Scream 4 was a great return to form, I hope this movie is as good of a sequel. I'm glad Neve is back as SIdney, that is integral.
