What now for John Cena?

I think there could be a chance Cena gets sent to SD, Steph trades him for Triple H. If Triple H does come off SD, who's going to be the top ME face? Jeff seems to be going back to the upper mid card, Taker always takes time off, that leaves MVP, R-Truth, the Colons, and Helms. And neither of them are ready for the ME. So I think there's a chance Cena will go to SD, as although he has the World Heavy weight title, Edge is on SD.

Edit: Although with Triple H and Cena on RAW, that could free Cena up for his heel turn.

We can't be too sure that Cena will face Edge at WM, but it looks as it will be that way. I have to say that I absolutely love how they booked Cena for the elimination chamber and on RAW. He still looked strong because he took 3 finishers in a row to be eliminated and during that and the promo last night, he wasn't RIGHT IN YOUR FACE. everything was a little more subtle with him (but still focused on him) and it just felt a lot better. Hopefully he will stay like this for a while. regardless, John Cena can put on good matches with the right people and Edge is one of them. Hopefully he is paired with someone he can have a good match with at WM. If Batista comes back early, I will be so pissed.

This is coming fro the same guy that was bitching and "trying" to get his point across that he was right about Orton facing Cena at mania. The same guy that was put down anyone who brought up the idea and was talking about how stupid, idiotic, wouldn't make since for Orton to challenge Triple H, so yeah I'm going to listen to you.

Cena is like that because he's being a role model. He's the face of WWE, his image reflects WWE. Also he's a face. Why would he do that as a heel. Ususally when you transition from a heel to a face or face to a heel, your character changes as well or goes through a slight change. Did you see Cena when he was a heel before, he was great. He's been face since 04 I think, that's going on 5 years. Cena is great on the mic, he plays a great heel, you know he has things that he wants to say but can't because he's face.

Someone brought up before that he could talk about the fans turning on him before, he could go on about him giving it his all, giving the fans a show and they boo him and make signs "dissing" him and he's had enough. The skies the limit on what he can do. And I guarantee that when he does turn heel, he'll be the top heel of the business 2 months into his turn.

You ain't gonna get the fuck you heel of the attitude ere. Or the Cena heel like he was. End of the day Cena sells shit makes untold amounts of money as a face. Why would they change that ?. Cena may get a bit a of an attitude but wont go monster heel anytime soon. He like HBK are a big Face money market. I'm not saying he wont go heel but cant see while he is keeping kids/mams/girls happy and making the company shit loads of cash.

He will goto SD and be number 1 face when HHH goes to raw IMO

Was Jericho billed as top heel when he was feuding with HBK? No, his character change along with his feud with HBK helped that. JBL was top heel but the IWF gave Jericho the title top heel. Triple was billed as the top face, but he wasn't, Jeff was. CM Punk was billed as an underdog, but IWF know he wasn't, that he could have had a better title reign. Jack Swagger was billed as the undefeated All American American, wins the title, and becomes losing guy who's the champ, but he's still billed as top dog of ECW. Cena was billed as the top face dominate fan favorite champ, but the fans turned on him. That doesn't sound like top fan favorite champ to me. Kozlov is billed as the dominant undefeated Mozkow Mauler, doesn't seem like he is to me though.... Should I continue of have I proved my point?

End of the day Cena sells shit makes untold amounts of money as a face. Why would they change that ?

People want Triple H to turn heel when he has good merchandise sells and the DX reunions draw ratings, that can't happen when he's heel. He can't team with HBK when Shawn's a face and him a heel. People say they want CM Punk as a heel, why would they do that when he has good merchandise sells and a huge fan favorite? Hogan was a mega face, had all the characteristics that Cena brings, and he had a successful heel run. Austin was the same as well. Why can they have heel runs and Cena can't?

So Edge, Jericho, Orton, JBL, Miz and Morrison, Kendrick, Zeke, Swagger, for example can be heels, but Cena can't because it's not the attitude era (which I don't think Cena was even part of, he debuted in 02 I believe). I'm not saying he's going to turn heel right now, not saying he's going to be the same heel as he was before but that still doesn't mean he wont be a great heel.
