Vote NOW for the 2024 WrestlingSmarks Pro Wrestling Hall of Fame!

Chris

Dreams are Endless
Not gonna disclose my whole list but I actually did end up slipping Henning in. I originally wasn't going to and I left out someone I nominated from my top 5 but what pushed him in for me was how influential he was to younger wrestlers, all the good ones wanted to sell like Hennig. He's one of the more timeless acts that you can rewatch now that holds up better than most even if he wasn't utilized perfectly during his time

Used perfectly huh?

Well played

I tried to keep my Hall of Fame to inactive wrestlers (or super-part-timers), or non-wrestlers that are past their prime (Only person I nominated still in their prime is Heyman, and lets face it his prime as an Advocate/Wiseman/Manager has been 30 years long). That was the only reason I didn't nominate Punk.

As far as the Japanese guys, I'd consider them and it's possible one of them might by in my 5, but my 1-3 are set in stone (not 100% sure the order of the 3 but they are my 1-3).

Great to see 4 of my nominations getting into the next phase and what a stacked pool it is. Only one of those four didn't made the cut in the end and that was Cena.

I don't know if anyone's interested in this, but my 6 nominations, who didn't made it were (in order of my nomination list) AJ Styles, Randy Orton, Bull Nakano, Aja Kong, Hiroshi Tanahashi and William Regal.

I was hoping Bobby Heenan would make it.
