I rarely book my tickets in advance but I had to for this one because most cinemas will be sold out during the first week and I don't want to get spoiled.
I didn't really love the first movie nor the character but this sequel seems to go the No Way Home direction and I'll be enjoying it for the cameos mostly.

This is movie is gonna be completely different than the first one I feel. It’s not even gonna be close.

Yeah he was teased as the big bad of the next film. Only took 5 1/2 years lol.
Well since I haven't seen the movie since it came out... That means I haven't seen it in five years, so I'm not feeling that bad about forgetting him now. I also had to think for a few seconds before I remembered who the love interest was. I love Rachel McAdams but I do remember she wasn't that useful to the plot.
Anyway, I'm watching it again in a few days.

This is my most anticipated Marvel movie of all time other than Endgame and No Way Home. I don’t think we’re prepared for what we’re about to see.

After watching the giant monster fight scene they have released online, I fear that even Sam Raimi's style has been watered down by the CGI/Action team.
I rewatched his Spider-Man trilogy last year and what immediately hit me was how energetic and creative his action scenes were. I'll go as far as saying that even a random scene such as Harry chasing Peter with his board-glider at the beginning of SM3 was better shot than all of the fights we got from the MCU. I had high hopes for this movie, I hope I will be proven wrong.

Yeah there’s CGI cause the monster is a one eyed 10 foot tall octopus. I’m not sure what you expect.
