Truly I'm not surprised with the way Vince and the company has been holding him back.
I also wouldn't be surprised if he goes to AEW.
What are your thoughts?
His 100th push to be abandoned at random. He most likely means when his contract expires, regardless.Be stupid to take a break in the middle of a push
I thought he signed a new contractHis 100th push to be abandoned at random. He most likely means when his contract expires, regardless.
Rumor is that his contract is close to expiring, though nobody has specifics. Cesaro kinda fed into that rumor the other day saying he liked mystery in wrestling and wouldn't reveal anything about his contract.I thought he signed a new contract

Lmao yeah. The wrestling purist gimmick is his 10th gimmick in about 3 years. He can make the same money and be treated like the star he is outside of WWE.What push? Make him look good for the 100th time for a couple of minutes and bury him again?
What he said ^What push? Make him look good for the 100th time for a couple of minutes and bury him again?

Call me old fashioned but if you win wrestling matches then that is considered a push. What he said ^
That’s like saying Nak is getting a push.
Hahahaha. Yeah if you win, get a title, and start to move up, sure. There’s more to it than just winning more often.Call me old fashioned but if you win wrestling matches then that is considered a push.
No this is completely an argument of semantics. You are not the standard bearer of wrestling terminology, even though you would like to be.Hahahaha. Yeah if you win, get a title, and start to move up, sure. There’s more to it than just winning more often.
The point they’re making is WWE has a track record of start/stop pushes and being pushed means almost nothing in WWE, considering very few get substantial investment in their careers and characters, despite them winning a few matches for a few weeks.Call me old fashioned but if you win wrestling matches then that is considered a push.
You can try explaining it to him. He won’t get itThe point they’re making is WWE has a track record of start/stop pushes and being pushed means almost nothing in WWE, considering very few get substantial investment in their careers and characters, despite them winning a few matches for a few weeks.
I use common sense and experience with wrestling to know how they push people and when someone says something silly like “well they’re winning” they must be getting a push. That’s not always the case at all. Cesaro could win for months and never grab a title and then be beaten by Dominic mysterio the next week. Idk how long you’ve been watching wrestling, but it’s beyond unlikely that just because cesaro has won a little more, that’s he getting pushed. The moment he starts routinely beating guys like DB, Seth, Roman, and then maybe wins the IC title, loses it to some cheap bs and then wins a number 1 contenders match for the UT... yeah, that’s a push.No this is completely an argument of semantics. You are not the standard bearer of wrestling terminology, even though you would like to be.
You can look at guys like Rikishi. Had that huge main event push with Austin, won ic title at one point in his career, and then became a stepping stone for other guys by losing a lot of matches in his later career.WWE has a big track record of doing this with stars like cesaro: wins for a bit, maybe gets a title or 2, loses nonstop, and then wins for no reason really.
