Seth, but if you asked me this question 3 years ago I probably would've said Ambrose, he was a total badass(especially on the mic) compared to nowadays.

Seth is overall the best competitor of all of them. Roman has improved but is hurt a lot by his booking, as for Dean, he honestly is very underrated. He can play both face and heel well and while they may need to trim the goofiness of his character soon, I know he can put on good matches and I think on Smackdown he can hold or chase either the IC title or the World Title and do well.

I think booking and overuse of his "crazy side" kind of ruined him, which is unfortunate. I guess there is no debate in this thread... Seth is clearly favorited :dealwithit:

I still like Ambrose tbh. :ambrose4:

I feel as though if they would keep his "goofy and crazy side" to a low and only break it out once in a while it would be better. Because while his jokes are corny, he does pull it off and he is a good talker. Even if some of the stuff they give him is crap he is creative. Also with The Miz getting a bit personal in his feud by making fun of Renne, hopefully, this can build over the next while into a personal feud to show more of Ambrose.

Seth Rollins hands down.

I hadn't watched any product from when they first came up to main roster (or anything before that for that fact) but I did start watching at wm31 and saw rollins win the belt in a good way.
But being fresh to all of it again, I didn't like his protected whiny character. But then he got injured, we got reigns... and rollins came back and he was loved. I wish I could have appreciated pre-injury rollins a little more.

But yes as for whose the best, rollins no doubt. I like ambrose too, and reigns a little bit. But seth has the total package.

Was hard to choose between Rollins & Ambrose for me but I went with the Lunatic Fringe. He's got Renee Young, he won overall.

:ambrose4:

Now if only Roman can score a vote :hmm:

Ambrose isn't that bad and I think he will improve over all if they get the Shield thing going again. Not sure if that is where they are heading or not so we shall see.

Honestly I thought it would be dean. And, although dean is great, Seth grew on me. Sure, his championship run was a joke, but the guy is amazing in every faculty. It doesn't matter if he's Face or heel, he's amazing.

The answer is Reigns and by a country mile, provided they cut the PC crap and allowed him to gut it. However, if Ambrose received accomadated booking he could easily surpass him.

Rollins is simply the safe guy without any perceivable flaws. Let's not forget, Rollins has had a substantial heel run to his credit. We've a chance to explore huge dimensions of his personality already.

Now we've seen glimpses of the totality of Ambrose character, but that was within the Shield itself. In fact, he was originally slotted for Randy Orton's spot in the Authority back in 2013 until Rollins all around game began impressing the WWE brass.

No offense @stonecoldsamadams because your cool......but F**k Roman and his statistics until he turns heel and the Superman punch is taken down a few notches and made into a signature....Also he should have NOT won the RR or beat Kane's record for most eliminations....That was total crap and a perfect example of WWE stuffing shit down our throats. SHIT IF I WANTED SOMETHING STUCK DOWN MY THROAT I WOULD VISIT A GLORY HOLE VINCE!

If the criteria for being the best is "Accolades Vince McMahon decides I get" then yeah, a case can be made. Personally, I really think that's more of a measure of how much opportunity he has been given rather than how much talent he has. There are plenty of non talented wrestlers who have been multi time world champs for one reason or another, so I don't really weigh any of those criteria in deciding who is the "best" member of the Shield.

If we're going based on statistics, of course it's Reigns. In reality, and based on popularity and overall talent, it's Seth.
