The Unsanctioned match at TakeOver New Orleans is still my favorite but I think most like the Street Fight better, either way any of their matches ruled so you couldn't go wrong there

I think I'd go with the Reigns vs. Joe vs. Strowman vs. Lesnar 4-way from SummerSlam 2017. It's literally like a Marvel movie in pro wrestling form. Lots of crazy action, big spots, very accessible, just generally entertaining.
Same goes for Rollins vs. Lesnar vs. Cena from Royal Rumble 2015.
But, if they're more sports-oriented, something like Almas vs. Gargano or a Tanahashi/Okada/Naito match.
