Not unlike BB where S5 was a letdown after S4

shows just seem to peak around S4, so Dexter trying to do so many seasons after just made it drag a bit

Another problem is that I know the ending though, which sounds pretty Blue, I'm not sure I want to commit however long for a terrible ending. I'll probably watch the first season and decide from there. I like the concept for it.

Forgot about that actually, it's creator worked on The Shield as well which is my all time favorite show. It also has tons of actors from The Shield iirc, watched the first two episodes and liked it but for some reason didn't watch anymore.

It's quickly become one of my top 5 favourite shows of all time. Crazy thing is that season one might be my least favourite so far.
