Just curious, what is your regular sleep schedule/pattern?

Over the past few months I've developed a pretty bad sleeping pattern, I'll stay up to anywhere from 4-9am est and I'll sleep till around 11-3pm. It's a harsh habit which I'm hoping to fix sometime soon.

I was like that for months and started feeling sick. I started going to bed around 11:30-12am and getting up at 6:30-7am. Feels good. It is rough to break the habit but I did it by forcing myself to get up early and get minimal sleep for a few days (like 3ish hours for a few days) and I been sleepin good for like 4 days now. There is something about the night, like sleeping at night and waking with the sun, that recharges the body, helps balance hormones and helps one be more in touch with their own energy. It has made me happier and all around more lively.

I go to sleep when I get tired

Skip days of sleep pretty often, always up by 8 a.m.

Weekends I get drunk and sleep for a solid 12

Typically, I stay up much longer than I should and then crash for much longer than I should. I find that I tend to hate sleeping unless I'm already asleep so I tend to put it off for as long as I can and then milk it when I crash. In my heyday, this meant I averaged about two days straight awake and then about half a day of sleep (sometimes less if I got plans). However doing this for years and cutting caffeine out of my diet, has lead to my average being just about a full day before I crash and fall asleep, it's pathetic. Though I only milk sleeping when I have nothing going on, so on the sadly rare times I'm busy my allotted time to rest is cut short.

Probably should gain a regular sleep pattern, the few times I've tried have lead to positive results but each time I start one it takes less than a week to reset to my default setting.
