Your sleep schedule/pattern?

Just curious, what is your regular sleep schedule/pattern?


Over the past few months I've developed a pretty bad sleeping pattern, I'll stay up to anywhere from 4-9am est and I'll sleep till around 11-3pm. It's a harsh habit which I'm hoping to fix sometime soon.

Currently with college, I end up going to bed at 12:30am then waking up 7am.

My sleeping schedule has been pretty bad for the past few months. Sleep at like 4AM - 8AM

Varies depending on shifts.

If I'm in at 5:30am bed at 12 up at 4:30am

If I'm in at 8am bed round 2am up at 7am

If I'm in at noon bed round 5am up at 11am

If I'm in at 2pm bed round 6am up at noon.

Varies if I'm off as I then can end up till 10am and sleep till 3pm them get up.

I have a strange sleep pattern. On my days off it Gets later, and later then resets eventually then starts over.

Mine has gone to shite now, up till 1 or 2am and somehow waking up wide awake at 5.30am and not getting back to sleep.

Sometimes though I'll pass out at midnight on my days off and wake up at 8 A.M.

I usually get up around 7am now, going to bed between 11pm-1am...but i do believe in catching up and once in a while (like last night) ill throw a 12 hour down and call it fair.

I usually go to bed between 12-2am and wake up most mornings at 7:30am depending on my work schedule. It's difficult for me to unwind and fall asleep most nights which can be a pain in the ass.

My sleep schedule is mess. One day I'll go to sleep at midnight, while another day it'll be 8am. Sometimes I sleep for 8 hours while other times I sleep for 12+.
