You're probably wondering, what the...

Don't be afraid, Just asking you people what your dietary intake is. Do you use protein shakes? What do you have on a regular basis.

For me it's like this.


  • Sultana Bran or Wheat Cereal for breakfast with Orange Juice
  • Chicken Salad Roll or some sort of breadroll for lunch
  • Snack like a Muesli Bar
  • Whatever is cooked for dinner, prefer pasta or Indian
I don't take any nutrition or protein stuff but I do want to get in shape.

I recently changed my dietary habits and made the transition to becoming a vegetarian.

Breakfast: I honestly can't remember the last time I got up early enough for Breakfast, so I usually skip it. (Cereal a majority of the tame).
Lunch: 4 Eggs and Toast
Dinner: Rice, Potatoes and some soup

I usually eat in between meals as well, which mainly consists of Apples, Oranges, Bananas, Peanut Butter Sandwiches and usually wash it all down with Milk, Water, Orange/Apple juice. I always change what I eat everyday, so I won't get sick and tired of eating the same thing over an over again. Anyways, I didn't really eat much today but then again I don't really eat all that much.​
