Well, mine was 07 and i was at the WM fan access tour.
I was RVD and my buddy was carlito. We picked HIAC. Had to wait a lil while to play but we finally got up in the line. We went atop the cell, and i threw Carlito off the stage. I had a finisher saved, so i tried to do the five star frog splash, but i ended up doing something cooler. RVD did a split leg moonsault off the cage, and actually landed on the carlito. The people watchin chanted Holy shit. So that was my only cool memory with SD vs. Raw.
