While I am kind of inclined to agree, it's not like he's getting dominated. He's competing with everyone (like he's supposed to be able to do with anyone any place, anytime because of his pedigree) and he's losing because of outside interference or on a quick 1, 2, 3. Rey was booked way worse imo.

I think this problem stems from them booking Swagger against guys who he just can't beat. He faced Undertaker last month, you can't put Swagger over Taker on an episode of RAW, it just doesn't work that way. So if they actually book him to face guys with a "jobber to the stars" status he'll be fine
