Firstly I would fire majority of the Creative team, and I would hire comic book writers as them guys are freakin' genius' and can write story-arcs months in advance.

I would go back to having brand splits and a 3 Brand company. #1 Raw, #2 Smackdown, #3 NXT (NXT been like the ECW) This gives all 3 brands good solid rosters which would be able to produce good shows for network TV.

I would have a roster limit of 25 people per roster, I would bring back The Hardcore Title, Women's title (2 Women's titles), Tag team championships, and I would also bring back the cruiser weight title.

My show would be TV-14 therefore there would be plenty of blood, and occasional swearing. I would cut all ties with the PG market bringing and end to shows such like Saturday Morning Slam.

I would have JBL, and Michael Cole as the Raw commentary team, and Josh Mathews, and William Regal on Smackdown whilst Jerry Lawler and Scott Stanford would do NXT.

I would try to employ a few wrestlers most notably Jeff Hardy, Kevin Steen, and Samoa Joe.

I would also re-instate the WWE annual draft which would shake up the rosters a little bit.

My feedback on yours

1) I'd review them before firing. It's impossible to see how good they are without Vince ruining their shit. Though they must be responsible for some of the Blue shit.

2) Completely agreed. I'd drop Superstars and have NXT as the #3 brand with the edgy style and youth talent. I'd end the supershow immediately.

3) Hardcore title is pretty nulled in PG. You can't do half of the things that made it good before. I wouldn't have two divas titles either. I'd keep one tag-team championship title and I would too introduce the cruiserweight title.

4) I'd keep it PG and see how far I could push the boundaries, as I don't blame PG for being the reason why WWE is like it is. PG = way more money coming in.

5) I would have Cole/JBL/Stanford on RAW and Matthews/Regal on SmackDown. I'd have King/JR on NXT with Byron or another youth commentator.

6) Agreed, I'd steal all those sexy indy guys and try to steal the TNA talent that shine.

7) Definitely bring back the draft if the supershow has gone.

It would be absolutely criminal to get rid of sponsors no matter how child orientated they are. Yes, from a fan’s perspective we would love for these things not to be associated with the WWE, however, from WWE’s point of view it would be absolutely suicidal.

Getting rid of the PG rating is also a tough one from the Business side of things. On the one hand, it would give them more freedom with the product, but on the contrary, it would lose them lots of sponsors (see above). Besides, they can easily produce something good without needing to be TV-14, it’s just storylines etc which need to be improved which can obviously be sorted by making Paul Heyman the head booker.
Well the set has just been changed anyway so it would be a bit random to change it again. But I agree, I absolutely detest Raw and Smackdown having the same sets, they need to feel like different shows and Smackdown using a set designed for Raw makes it feel even more like a meaningless B show.

Rain suggested it not long ago, but a combination of either Cole/Booker/Regal or J.R/Booker/Regal would be absolutely phenomenal. Cole and J.R doing play by play and calling the match properly, with Booker and Regal undoubtedly working brilliantly together with their totally contrasting styles at commentary. MAKE IT HAPPEN.

I probably don’t watch enough of TNA or other Indy promotions to make a fair judgement on who could come in and do a job for the WWE. However I would like to see Samoa Joe and Mr.Kennedy come in. Think they’re both suited best to WWE and Mr.Kennedy could easily become a star if he isn’t fired by Boreton this time.

This isn’t an opinion shared by many, but I actually like the amount of PPVs WWE have at the moment. Their weekly shows contain a lot of filler and would contain ridiculous amounts if they took it down to 6 or 7 a year. My main gripe is the fact is the annoying gimmick Pay-per-views, hence why I would go with the following:

Rumble (Jan)

No way Out (mid Feb)

Wrestlemania (April)

Backlash (Early-Mid May)

Judgement Day (Late June)

King of The Ring (Mid July)

Summerslam (With MitB as it’s main attraction) (Late Aug, big build up)

Unforgiven (Mid Sept)

Vengeance (Mid Oct)

Survivor Series (Late Nov)

Arma-fucking-geddon (Mid-Late Dec)

Wrestlemania goes international for the first time. Even though I'm American, how is a company going to call themselves World Wrestling Entertainment when their biggest show has only taken place in two countries (The second being Canada).

Monday Night Raw goes TV-14 and Smackdown can stay PG so that all fans are satisfied. Smackdown also is now live, we can saved taped shows for NXT. Send over all the PG lames to Smackdown such as John Cena to add star power to the show.

Creative
Add Paul Heyman to the creative team for Monday Night Raw.

Titles
Reinstate the Hardcore Title on a 24/7 basis, reinstate the european title to only be defended in Europe, get rid of the Divas title and bring back the women's title, get rid of that ugly ass WWE belt and bring back the undisputed title design. Redesign the tag titles, old designs were boring, and the new ones are childish.

Tag Team Division
We rape the indies for the best tag teams and begin to develop them. Have them as bodyguards for superstars like ADR and eventually break them off. More tag team division stipulation matches. Triple Threat Tag Team Steel Cage Match Hell to the Fuck

PPV's
No more PPV's 2 weeks apart. The reason the goddamn buyrate is so low is because there is never enough build up between the PPV's and some people ain't buying $120 worth of PPV programming. You want to have another top show, you make raw 4 hours and jam pack it with high quality shit.

King of the Ring
Bring back the king of the ring and don't give it to people like Sheamus. Give it to people who are the best wrestlers in the ring, I would give it to Daniel Bryan.

WWE Title
The WWE championship match is always the main event. You put these silly little Cena rivalries as the main event and it not only diminishes the value of the title, but it makes it seem like the Cena is greater than the title.

Main Events
More fatal four ways and triple threats. No longer will we see repetitve one on one matches. Back in the 90's there were 4 top tier guys fighting for the belt (Triple H, Rock, SCSA, & Mankind), bring that back. We need options for the WWE fans to choose from other than Cena and whoever else we can throw to him.

Smackdown Stage
Make Smackdown's stage different from Raw. Are we that uncreative that we have to rip off Raw. Smackdown had some of the best stages ever, from the triple archway, to the fist breaking through the glass.

Make WWE house shows as good as the real ones. Are you saying that international fans don't deserve the massive stage and pyro?
