What crowd? The 200 people in Bethlehelm PA who came for the casino and didn't give a fuck about the wrestling?
The EC3 vs Matt Hardy feud is already showing signs of tanking.
The X division has no direction. The Knockout division is the worst its ever been and there are no credible tag teams outside of the wolves and beer money.

TNA are in the same pattern as they were last year, build stuff up for the UK tour, then spiral into a crash after it. Jeff Hardy is being built as the main babyface, and he still cannot enter the UK as far as I know.
Once TNA burn through the India money and the money they have made by dropping Kurt, they'll be right back were they were last year.

Umm, the crowd this year has been very decent. Obviously not that big but they've popped nicely for a lot of stuff, boo'd stuff like Hardy's heel turn ect.
EC3 vs Hardy has been good so far and well, judging by the UK tour spoilers, it's good.
X-Division looks like it's being rebuilt slowly with guys like Trevor Lee, granted they still need to sign a few more guys and give them actual stories. Knockouts are kinda lame but they're building up Eli/Jessie and The Decay as placeholders until Beer Money. Of course, I'm still hoping for 1-2 more bigger tag teams to be signed.

IMO TNA's signings this year have been very nice, Everett, Lee, Rosemary, Bennett, Maria and the 3 UK tour guys (one of which I actually think will be signed). Plus, Shynron and Parks have been on Impact so we could always see them stick around. TNA looks like it could be very decent like it was last year on D-A until the cancellation drama (don't deny that Spud-EC3, Angle-Lashley, Angle-EC3, Roode-EY and Magnus-Bram, Wolves-Dirty Heels were good), with Hardy-EC3, Wolves-Beer Money, Bennett's rise, Angle's farewell tour, a big push for Galloway already clearly going to happen in the near future. I want for TNA to go ahead and sign Magnus (well, a re-sign), PJ Black, Brad Maddox, Bad Influence (another re-sign) and maybe a new WWE release this year (assuming that someone like Ryder or Sandow will leave).

Everett and Lee are not under TNA contract. And neither of the three UK guys are signing with TNA if they have any brains. Ospreay and Damo are headed to Japan and I honestly don't think Havoc is that dumb.

As for getting back Bad Influence: Why would they go from a company were they make six figures, is in more homes on TV than TNA, seen by more homes on PPV than TNA, get to tour Japan and get regular TV time? Not to mention getting to work in front of the biggest regular crowds drawn by an US company not under the WWE banner? Why would they go back? They were pretty open in shoots with TNA treating them like a shit and they had had enough of it.

I sound like a hater. But I try to be so even with my salt and vinegar on every company. TNA just has a very bad luck with all their negative stuff leaking out

Was thinking the exact same. Is he not WWE bound? IMO, he was the most talented over at TNA other than Styles.
I honestly don't see it happening. He has TNA very much by the balls. He knows he can get a good deal out of them by just hinting at WWE interest. And in TNA he's a big fish in a small pond who can easily get a push. That doesn't rule out him going to WWE. But he's pretty secure in TNA.

He has a lot of friends in ROH as well and hangs out with them whenever they run Canada so he could just as well end up there as well should he decide to leave Dixieland

There were some pretty shitty storylines, screwy finishes, Beautiful People came back, insane run ins, logic went down the drain, the angle where the champ's gimmick was that he was a paper champion, battles for control of the company, stuff like a match where you have to escape a cage to climb a ladder on the stage (December 2013 or so, but it's when things kinda started to change so I'll mention it also), Velvet Sky in a cage, A Double screwing around in the X Division, Bad Influence being de-pushed in favor of the BRO MANS, shows with 8 straight non-wrestling segments in a row, that Sam Shaw stuff... granted some of the things mentioned are very vague and happen in other companies/happen in TNA when Russo isn't around, but they all happened in that time period and qualify as Russo-tastic to me. Later in the year it got better somewhat, but still.

They had a full segment of Sam Shaw playing Go Fish with Gunner in the middle of a mental institution.

Off-topic, but think Chavo doing an interview about how "TNA didn't tell them that Feast or Fired was a legit firing so screw you very much" a few days before TNA airs a FoF match is pretty loltna.

Also if nobody sells the danger of the match then what's the point?

Also Eric Young for ROH TV Champ

I thought that was shown not to be true, the only person I can't find any reason he was fired for is Chavo.

Daniels in 2007 - left to play Curry Man
Curry Man in 2008 - left to come back as Daniels
Bashir in 2009 - asked for his release (More On Sheik Abdul Bashir's TNA Release, Deaner's Future - WrestlingInc.com)
Chavo in 2013 - The only one I can't find a reason he was fired, I thought he requested his release for TNA being shitty to him elsewhere. He did say
"With so many other endeavors in my life, this separation will allow me to focus on these and future opportunities," said Guerrero. "I have nothing but good things to say about TNA and President Dixie Carter, and I want the absolute best for them. I look forward to watching 'Impact Wrestling's' continued success, dedicating my time to the opportunities that have been presented and attacking new ventures in 'Guerrero Style.' Viva La Raza!" on his release but could have been attempting to not burn any bridges, but given his name and the way TNA apparently treated him it seems unlikely IMO.

So... I'm guessing no Impact discussion threads anymore? :haha:

I didn't get to watch Impact at all once it left Spike. Didn't seem to miss much. Made sure to watch the debut episode on POP TV, and actually enjoyed it even after so long of not watching it. Missed an episode since then, but have liked it alright overall since starting to watch it some again.

I'm down for discussions. Maybe @Aids Johnson too? I just to remind myself when it's on lol.
