XPW, formed in California, was the west coast answer to ECW, but with the good wrestling replaced by bad taste. It folded in 2003, but owner Rob "jailed for rape porn" Black relaunched it out of Rochester, NY in 2021, in response to publicity from Dark Side of the Ring as well as the rise in popularity of deathmatch feds like GCW. Honestly, the women's match was good like really good given how only one of them in there has any deathmatch experience and they all earned my respect
