WWF Royal Rumble (2002) Watch Along Discussion

From what I can remember a very sold show. Remember the Rumble really delivering. Marked when Perfect got to the final four Again if I'm still up I might comment on some of this. Think it'll be about 1.30am UK time?

This is a very solid show. I’ve seen many, many times.

It might even be my most watched Royal Rumble.

My most watched Rumble match is easily 92 but this one is up there as well

I probably prefer 2001 to this year, but as a teen I was really into WWF in 2002 and it was the first year I was able to buy all the home videos myself. I watched the shit out of a lot of the 2002 shows back then.

It honestly could be a toss up for me. Just great back to back shows.

Oh just looking over both cards I definitely prefer the 01 Rumble PPV as a whole over 02 though, 02 just a slightly stronger Rumble match

Yeah, I meant the show as a whole. I probably prefer the 2002 match.

I think 2001 is a better match however I personally prefer the 2002 match as I find it more entertaining tbh

The only matches I remember decently from this are the Rock/Jericho one and the Rumble match. The Rumble match much more so since I've rewatched it a lot more
