The broken gimmick doesn't work in WWE because what you need for it to work is an opponent that fits. Wyatt is spoken for for the majority of the year. Can you imagine Ambrose or The Miz even caring about it? You're more likely to see Broken Matt freaking out Kalisto. WWE's decision has always been the same. The Hardys were not brought back for that purpose.
