Considering the criteria, I'm not sure how you can not vote for Hulk Hogan. Even though I always personally thought most of his matches were boring, objectively I wouldn't even say he was bad in the ring. He was no Shawn Michaels, but a lot of his matches built well to the finish (like his bout against Andre at III) and the no-selling/Hulkin' Up schtick is really just character integration, which is always a plus, personal opinions aside. Even subjectively, he excelled in pretty much every other category that for me, he's still the easy answer.
