Really though, if you have a wife, kids and probably a mortgage to pay, I'm sure it would feel a lot better keeping track of finances. The minute you decide to start a family, your money no longer becomes just "your" money, and $60 turns from "I might buy a game" into "I could buy this game, but do my kids need some school supplies first?".

Yeah, I think publishers and execs are pushing for higher prices on AAA titles to compensate for the high piracy rate, but the higher price is causing even more piracy. Someone seriously needs to come in and revamp their entire idea of what the consumer wants, because clearly the fat-cats don't know shit.

All these big guys up in the corporate say they are doing good but in reality they are big headed and think they are, meanwhile they are just trying to take more of our money.
